Buy / Sell fee is 7% of final bid price if SOLD on the block. 5% Seller fee if consignend with NO RESERVE. All Public & New Dealers Bidder Registration Fee is $50. No Bidder Fee if you are already a registered licensed dealer at Paducah Auto Auction. CASH or Checks accepted. Nextgear, Kinetic, AFC, Carbucks floor plans accepted. All purchases must be paid for at end of auction No Exceptions. Bidders writing a personal or business Check must provide a Bank Letter of Guarantee with your bidder form before a bidder badge will be issued unless other arrangements have been made with the Owners of Paducah Auto Auction or JMARK . Sellers will be paid upon completed verified payment by buyer on day of sale if all documents are present to complet the sale. A 15% fee added on all Memborabila & Road Art. Vehicle Check In will be Friday June 30th. Titles Tag Receipts must be with vehicle at check-in for Title / Vin Verification or vehicle can not run. Consign early by calling 731-225-6025 Or Auction Office 270-442-9197. Consignment & Bidder forms will be emailed , faxed or can be picked up a the Shoals Auto Auction office. Titles must be in Consigners / Owners name or handled by owners Power of Attorney or a licensed auto dealer. Sales Tax will be collected on all vehicles sold to Public Buyers unless an AL Sales Tax Exempt Certificate is provided & is on file. Spectators welcome: General Admission is $10 Under 12 Free.
